I really dislike how everyone (it seems) is so highly dependant on medicine today. Whenever someone in class has a slight headache or something they ask whether someone has a pill with them. And what’s worse- many have!!
It’s like people don’t want to listen to their body anymore. They suppress their bodies’ reactions and rather take a pill. Maybe you should’ve never had that headache to begin with, maybe look what your putting into your body before it’s telling you it’s crap.
With summer here, sunscreen is key to make sure you don’t look like a lobster. Not that there is anything wrong with how a lobster looks, but I’m assuming you don’t want to look bright red and in pain from sunburn. Save animals this summer by only buying cruelty free sunscreen such as these:
Alba Pure Lavender sunscreen ($9.95): I love Alba products. Their cruelty-free pure lavender has SPF 45 and moistures your skin while protecting you from the suns rays.
Natures Gate Sport Block ($8.99): Nature’s Gate is always a winner. Their sport block has a SPF of 50 so you know that no sun is getting through to your skin. It’s also fragrance free so if you have sensitive skin, then this is perfect for you.
Skin 2 skin care anti-photoaging light tine ($44): This one is definitely more expensive than the others but you get what you pay for. This is SPF 30 and if you are looking for something more high end, then this cruelty free sunblock is for you.
